Civil Defense Global Network（民間防衛グローバルネットワーク）とは
・私たちは、発展途上国 フィリピンを中心に消防・救急救助技術・装備が充分に発展普及されていない国々や地域に対して、技術支援・装備の支援活動を行っています。
・フィリピン共和国では災害時に派遣される「国際緊急援助隊」とは違い現地に消防・救命救助の組織を結成（フィリピン共和国初の日本人消防士と消防レスキュウチーム、(旧、日比緊急災害対応協会）をCDGNにて運営させていただき地元の消火活動・救命救助活動を行っております。

・誰でも免許も必要なく扱える無線機（簡易デジタル無線機）を使い非常通信網の確立や住民の避難誘導・発災時において現場のニーズにあった活動を展開し、防災意識の普及防災だけでなく、「防犯」による火事場泥棒の防止や、見回り活動を行っております。
・住宅防火診断・コメンテーター・防災アドバイザーとしての活動を行っております。
・浦安市をモデル地区に災害時の情報伝達、ドローンを使ったレスキュードローンネットワークづくりを行っております。
